For more than fifteen years, we have dedicated our legal careers to representing accused individuals in state and federal prosecutions.  We firmly believe that your constitutional right to counsel requires more than simply an attorney at your side, but rather a skilled advocate and counselor, who is committed to providing you with the most zealous and effective presentation of your case.

Our sole focus is the representation of individuals charged with crimes in the state and federal court systems, at both the trial and appellate levels.  Our practice area covers a broad range of criminal offenses, including DUI, domestic violence, drug offenses, theft, “three strikes” cases, white collar crime, and sexual molestation.  Additionally, we provide legal representation to individuals being investigated by, or called before, a grand jury.

We believe it is a lawyer's highest duty to fully investigate all possible factual and legal claims, and that our clients are entitled to receive an explanation of all available options, when facing the potential loss of their liberty, reputation or livelihood.  Each individual we represent comes to us with a unique set of problems and circumstances.  Our goal is to listen and learn from our clients, so that we can individually counsel and advise them with knowledge and sensitivity.
